Before you write to us, the answer might already be here. These are the questions we get most often, answered honestly.
Most messages get a reply within 24 hours, sometimes within a few hours if we happen to be at the desk. We aim for 48 hours maximum. We do not have weekday-only hours baked into our SLA because that is a very corporate thing for a free tool to say. If you send something on a Sunday, you might hear back Sunday. No promises, but it happens.
Yes, and please do. Several generators on this site exist because a user asked for them. The way to request one is simple: email us, tell us what document you need, who typically uses it, and what it should generally cover. We cannot promise to build every request, but we do read them all and prioritize based on how many people seem to need a particular type. If three different people ask for the same thing in the same month, that is a clear signal. So if your request feels niche, send it anyway.
Report it. The more specific you are, the faster we can fix it. Useful things to include: which generator produced the issue, what inputs you used (business name, type, country, etc.), and exactly what looked wrong. Was a clause missing? Did a section repeat itself? Did the output cut off halfway through? Did you get an error instead of a document? All of that helps. A screenshot of the problem is genuinely useful. Email us with the subject line "Bug: [generator name]" and we will investigate and push a fix.
Yes. The documents you generate belong to you. There is no license restriction on using them for your own site, your client's site, or multiple projects. FreeTOS is completely free with no usage limits. That said, remember that these are AI-generated starting points, not reviewed legal documents. If your client is in a heavily regulated industry, or if the stakes of getting a policy wrong are high, combining a FreeTOS document with a brief review from an actual attorney is the responsible call. The generator gets you 90% of the way there very fast. A lawyer can check the final 10%.

We are open to discussing API access arrangements for platforms that would bring real value to their users. This is not a definite yes, but it is not a definite no either. Describe what you are building and what you need and we will have an honest conversation about it.
FreeTOS is a self-serve tool, not a custom document drafting service. We do not write bespoke contracts or custom legal documents for individual clients. For something highly specific or specialized, you would need to work with a legal professional. What we can do is point you toward the generator that comes closest to what you need, and if your use case is common enough to warrant a new generator, we can add one. So reach out and describe what you are looking for. If ten other people need the same document type, there is a good argument for us to build it for everyone.
